This application has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in respect of Page No.# 2/2 Kokrajhar P. S. Case No.102/2025. 3. The petitioner was arrested in this case on 16.04.2025, now 60 days has already elapsed, no Charge-Sheet has been filed, therefore the petitioner is entitled to go bail. 4. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is allowed. 5. The Md. Sukur Ali @ Sukkur Ali, who arrested in connection with Kokrajhar P. S. Case No.102/2025, shall be released on bail of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kokrajhar. 6.
