In pursuance to our order dated 12.03.2025 the interim relief application has been considered and some interim protection has been granted on 27.03.2025 by the Revisional Authority in terms of the assurance given by the Additional CEO of Noida Authority that they will not change the status quo with respect to the plot in question till the next date of hearing and now the revision is fixed for hearing on 11.04.2025. We, therefore, dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Revisional Authority to decide the revision at the earliest and till such decision the aforesaid assurance shall continue.
