The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chas P.S. Case No. 383 of 2019(S), for the offences registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 427, 353, 504, 506, 332, 333 & 120B of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro. On 22.12.2019 at about 11:30 A.M., petitioner along with co-accused persons were agitating while seeking justice as a dead body of an unknown person was recovered from a pond near Gandhajor community centre. The accused persons started brickbatting at the police party due to which some police personnel sustained injuries. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but there is general allegation against the petitioner including the accused persons. It was further submitted that several accused persons have faced trial and they have been acquitted. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro, in connection with Chas P.S.
