The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Raigarh, District - Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter, requested for and was granted a extension of time for compliance of the order dated 25.01.204. 4. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Raigarh, District - Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 26.10.2024 again, requested for and was granted a extension of time and was granted a further period of three months to conclude the same. 5. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Raigarh, District - Raigarh (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 05.02.2025 again requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statement of 04 prosecution witnesses is yet to be recorded. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
