Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 10.02.2025 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 7th, Lucknow in Case No. 75511/2024, DCB Bank Ltd. Vs. Anil Jewelers and other, under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that an adequate efficacious remedy is prescribed under the SARFAESI Act before the DRT, the present petition cannot be entertained. The petitioner is permitted to take steps under the SARFAESI Act by filing an appropriate application before the DRT. In case such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 4. The petition is finally disposed of, in terms of above.
