While allowing the writ petition by order 19.08.2024, learned Single Judge directed respondent No.2-the Tahsildar, Turuvekere Taluka, Tumakuru District to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:2622-DB CCC No. 18 of 2025 3. A bare reading of the order indicates that purpose of consideration of the representation, learned Single Judge does not prescribed any time limit. 4. In that view, at this stage it is not possible for the Court to conclude that the respondent concerned has committed any contempt, much less a willful contempt. 5. At the same time, the direction of the Court should not go uncomplied with. 6. Therefore, while disposing of this contempt petition it is provided that respondent No.2-the Tahsildar shall decide the representation dated 30.03.2024 of the complainant-petitioner within six weeks from today. 7.
