The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 08.011.2024, requested for and was granted a further period of three months time to conclude the trial. 4. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 25.02.2025 again requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statement of 03 prosecution witnesses is yet to be recorded. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
