It is submitted that the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 22.03.2025 to the 4^'' respondent. As from the representation, it has been made on behalf of 10 MPTCs by the petitioners. It is also submitted that the respondents have not acted on the representation. The petitioners apprehend that they may be^subjected to are seen illegal confinement or any other illegal activity to disturb the conduct of the election in a fair manner. The learned Government Pleader for the Home submits that no such 2. representation has been received by the respondents and that the representation which the petitioners claims to have submitted was sent by registered post, which is yet to be received by the respondents. It is submitted that the petitioners would have to submit a proper representation, along with an Aadhaar card, to the 4*^ respondent and also provide details of the MPTCs traveling in a bus or car, the registration number of the vehicle they intend to travel in. The representation shall also be endorsed by all the Mandal Praja Parishads, and upon receiving such representation, the 4*'^ respondent shall provide protection as desired by the petitioners, the police protection to be extended till the completion of the election of the President of Mandal Praja Parishad, Ramagiri. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall^tand closed.
