Keshri, A.P.P. --- 03 / 04.08.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 10 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 3. On 19.08.2024, motorcycle of the Informant parked outside his house was stolen away by unknown person. 4. Mr. Rahul Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that the stolen motorcycle of this case has not been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 6. Mr. Satish Kumar Keshri, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that seven stolen motorcycles were recovered from the house of the petitioner, for which another case has been instituted. It appears that the petitioner is in custody for about ten months. 7. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti in connection with Karra P.S.
