The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the opp. party no. 2 to decide the objection of petitioner dated 29.05.2024 filed in case no. 625 State Vs. Ajay Kumar and others under section 9A(2) U.P. C.H. Act Relating to land Khata No. 782 situated in village Bighapur Kalan Paragana Magrayar Tehsil Bighapur District Unnao expeditiously within the stipulated time as provided by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice." Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case and period of pendency of the case/objection in issue and also that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 62 years, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Authority concerned to consider and decide the objection dated 29.05.2024 filed in Case No. 625 (State Vs. Ajay Kumar and others), under section 9A(2) of Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, most expeditiously after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties to the litigation and without granting any adjournment to either party, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law. With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
