Petitioner-party in person is seeking for writ of mandamus directing respondent to accord permission as per Rule 3(3) of the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Rules, 1960 (herein after referred to as "KCS Rules, 1960" for short) to form a proposed Co-operative Society in the name of Pragati Sheela Kannadiagara Sahakara Sangha and permit to collect shares before registration of the proposed Co-operative Society 2. The grievance of the petitioner-party in person is that at Annexure-G passed by the respondent is without considering the representation given by petitioner-party in person through his letter dated 08.06.2020 at Annexure-F. 3. At Annexure-G, the respondent has informed the petitioner-party in person that his request seeking permission to raise share before registration of the proposed Co-operative Society necessary documents to be - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:5504 WP No. 595 of 2025 submitted and on receipt of the documents, the request for the pre-registration share collection of the proposed Co-operative Society would be considered as per the Rules. 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the respondent-authority will consider the letter/representation within a reasonable time in accordance with law. In view of the submission made on both sides, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the letter/representation dated 08.06.2020 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within an outer limit of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of.
