Consequently, I am not in a position to sustain the impugned order. 2.Therefore, following the said judgment in W.P.(MD)No.3347 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025, the Writ Petition is allowed. The impugned Refusal Check Slip issued by the second respondent in RFL/Vallioor/2/2025 dated 24.01.2025, is quashed.
