Gonda to decide the regular suit No. 157/2022 A.K Furniture and others Vs, Abhisekh Singh and others) as well as interim application under order 39 rule 1 & 2 C.P.C. in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on the Full Bench judgement of this Court in the case of Sharda Devi (Smt) Vs. State of UP and others (2001) 3 UPLBEC 1941. The petitioner would be entitled to place the same before the trial court 4. The injunction application shall be decided positively within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 5. Till the disposal of the injunction application, the recovery notice shall remain stayed. 6. The present petition is disposed of.
