The present application is filed for impleadment of Reserve Bank of India represented by its Governor and having its office at RBI Main Building, Shahid Bhagat Singh Road, Fort, Mumbai-400001, Maharashtra and the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Pan Bazaar, Station Road, Guwahati-781001, Assam inasmuch as the certain action of the Reserve Bank of India may be necessary party in the proceeding of the connected writ petition. 3. This Court has perused the pleadings made in the writ petition as well as in the I.A. 4. Mr. S. K. Talukdar, learned Standing Counsel for the Co-operation Department has not objected to such prayer. 5. Considering the matter in entirety and the pleadings made, this Court is also of the opinion that the aforesaid two respondents may be necessary for proper adjudication of the connected writ petition inasmuch as in the considered opinion of this Court, their specific stands may be necessary for proper adjudication though, no relief has been sought against the aforesaid respondents. 6. Accordingly, the present Interlocutory Application stands allowed and it is Page No.# 3/3 directed that the aforesaid two entities may be impleaded as respondent Nos. 23 and 24 in the connected writ petition. 7. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to furnish amended cause title in conformity with CIS. Once such amended cause title is accepted by the Registry, copy of the same also be furnished to all the learned counsel representing the respondents. 8.
