Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No. 553 of 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Raipur, District Dehraun. He has sought his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

According to the FIR, the applicant secured Government job based on forged documents.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant has already been dismissed from the service. The recovery proceedings of the salary are underway. Charge sheet has already been filed. He is custody for the last 3-4 months.

Learned State counsel would submit that the applicant has secured job based on forged documents. He admits that the applicant has been dismissed from the service.

Having considered the entirety of facts, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail.

The bail application is allowed.

Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
