Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned School to forward Application preferred by petitioner for correction of her date of birth and for a direction to concerned authority to correct the same and to issue revised/corrected mark-sheet of High School indicating her date of birth as 01.01.2008 instead of 01.01.2007. 3. Considering innocuous prayer being made and without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Secretary, Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Prayagraj who may consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, after calling for records from Rajarshi Ram Pal Singh Vaidik Inter College, Raebareli and upon examination of relevant records pertaining to date of birth of petitioner, expeditiously within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order order is furnished to authority concerned along with fresh representation. 4. With aforesaid directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
