This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 29.04.2022, at Police Station - Kotwali Bhinga, District- Shrawasti at FIR No.160 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 109. 307, 323, 342, 504, 506, 386, 34 IPC and other consequential proceedings contained as Annexure 1. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court as permissible under law. 4.
