Case No. 138 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 457, 380, 411 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Surendra Bedia, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamshedpur. 3. On 26.06.2024, at about 07:15 p.m., theft was committed in the house of the informant. Unknown thieves took away his T.V. and other articles from there. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused Bajranj @ Bajrang Kumar. It was finally submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty 2.
