This petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for extension of time for depositing a sum of Rs. 1000/- as cost as per order dated 07.02.2025 passed by this Court in CRMP No. 316/2025 with 2 following prayer: "It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and extend to time for submitting the imposed cost in CRMP No. 316/2025 in the matter of "Vidrendra Kumar Ware Vs. State of C.G. and Another" in the interest of justice." 2. This Court, vide order dated 07.02.2025 in CRMP No. 316/2025 has been dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file afresh with proper prayer with condition to deposit a sum of Rs. 1000/- as cost. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to paucity of fund, the petitioner could not satisfied the order dated 07.02.2025 with regard to depositing the fine amount and now he is ready to pay the fine amount and the mistake committed by the petitioner is bonafied, not intentional. Hence, he prays for last opportunity that the time period for depositing the fine amount may be extended. 4. Learned counsel for the other side has no objection. 5. The prayer made by the petitioner appears to be reasonable. Hence, the petitioner is granted further three days time and no more time from today to deposit the fine amount as was ordered by this Court on 07.02.2025 in CRMP No. 316/2025. 6.
