Learned A.G.A., on instructions, also states that in this case, charge sheet has been prepared and submitted before the supervisory authority on 4.1.2025. 5. In view thereof, no further orders can be passed in the present writ petition. However, if petitioners have any grievance in respect of charge-sheet, petitioners can express it by way of an application before the supervisory authority, who shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today. 6. With the aforesaid, the writ petition is consigned to record. 7. Interim order, if any, stands discharged. .
