The present petition has been filed challenging an order of remand passed in SCC Revision No.6900027 of 2010. 2. The petitioners are the landlord. 3. Considering the fact that the U.P. Act No.13 of 1972 has been repealed, no useful purpose would be served in remanding the matter, as such, the writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to move appropriate application under the new Act, namely, The Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 (U.P. Act No.16 of 2021). 4. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided within the time as prescribed under the statute and in accordance with law without taking into consideration the earlier round of litigation and the orders passed. 5.
