Power on behalf of opposite party no.2 has been filed by Mr. Shivam Srivastava and Mr. Ramesh Gupta, Advocates which are taken on record. Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the authority concerned for expeditious disposal of the restoration application dated 04.10.2024 filed by petitioner in case no.31 instituted by opposite party no.2 under section 143 of the U.P. ZA &LR Act which was decided vide order dated 03.10.2012. It has been submitted that the petitioner being cosharer of the plot in question was never aware of the said proceedings and upon coming to know of the order dated 03.10.2012 has preferred this application for restoration which is still pending consideration without even issuance of notice. Since the opposite party no.2, i.e., Raman Kumar Singh who filed the aforesaid proceedings under section 143 of the Act is represented through his counsel here, notice upon him with regard to the restoration application is deemed. In view thereof the said opposite party is granted two weeks time to file objection to the restoration application dated 05.10.2024 submitted by petitioner in case no.31 [Raman Kumar Singh vs. State of U.P.]. Restoration application will therefore be decided by the opposite party no.1, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks thereafter.
