GUNESHWAR SHARMA ORDER 13.05.2025 [1] Heard Mr. S. Rajeetchandra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H. Samarjit, learned GA assisted by Mr. W. Niranjit, learned Dy. GA for the State respondent. [2] The petitioner who is a contractor approached this Court for payment of balance amount of Rs. 16,00,000/- (Rupees sixteen lakh) only in connection with the contract work undertaken by him. [3] In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a combine representation dated 01.04.2025 to i) the Commissioner (Works), Govt. of Manipur, ii) the Chief Engineer, Works, Govt. of Manipur & iii) the Executive Engineer, Imphal East Division, P.W.D., Govt. of Manipur. [4] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of by directing the Executive Engineer, Imphal East Division, P.W.D., Govt. of Manipur herein, respondent no. 4, to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner within a stipulated time. [5] The learned GA for the State respondent has no objection in disposing the representation submitted by the petitioner.
