The petitioner claims certain dues payable by the opposite parties to it on account of some work carried out by the petitioner at their behest way-back in 2006. 3. Petitioner's counsel relies on Annexure-4 which is dated 20.09.2007 wherein the Secretary, Lucknow Mahotsav Samiti had sent some communication that the payment of remaining amount would be done soon and it is held up on account of absence of budget. 4. Considering the long lapse of time from 2006/2007 till today and also if a suit was to be filed limitation would be involved, we see no reason to entertain this petition. However, our orders shall not come in the way of opposite parties in processing the claim of the petitioner if it is admitted to them. 5. The petition is disposed of.
