As petitioner no.1 has already been registered by opposite party no.1 albeit according to the petitioner belatedly, therefore, he seeks ante-dating of the date of registration. As regards petitioner no.2, he has not been registered and Sri S.C. Pandey, learned counsel for opposite party no.1 and 2 says he has an F.I.R. against him, therefore, his interview, scheduled to be held on 23.12.2024, has been deferred. Interview has thereafter been held on 08.03.2025 but the result has not been declared. 3. In the facts of this case, let the application of petitioner no.1 for ante-dating of the date of registration be considered by opposite party no.1 as per law by a reasoned order within six weeks. As regards petitioner no.2, if he is registered with opposite party no.1, he may also move an application on the same lines as petitioner no.1 which shall also be decided accordingly. However, if he is not registered then a reasoned order shall be communicated to him within the aforesaid period. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. 5. It is open for petitioner no.2 to apprise opposite party no.1 about the alleged F.I.R. against him and the facts related to it which shall be taken into consideration before passing of such order.
