To to direct the civil Judge (J.D) Utraula District Balrampur to decide the regular suit No. 336/2017 (Takrun Nisha Vs. Shamim Aara and others) pending before him since 26.09.2017 within a stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice. " 3. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that even the written statement has not been filed since 2017 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an appropriate application under Order 8 Rule 10 CPC and in case, if such an application is filed, the court shall thereafter proceed to decide the matter in accordance with the mandate of Order 8 Rule 10 of the CPC with all expedition.
