The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 2. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioners are aggrieved, they may avail the remedy as available in law.
