Applicant has sought transfer of the said suit from Dehradun to Uttarkashi on the ground that she is residing with her parents at Uttarkash and it will be difficult for her to travel all alone to Family Court, Dehradun. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that respondent has no objection if the aforesaid Original Suit is transferred from Family Court, Dehradun to Family Court, Uttarkashi. 6. In view of concession recorded by learned counsel for the respondent, the transfer application is allowed. Let the record of Original Suit No. 1123 of 2023 be transferred from Family Court, Dehradun to Family Court, Uttarkashi. 7.
