(Oral) Applicant Sagar Yadav @ Shambu Yadav is in judicial custody in Case Crime No. 236 of 2024, under Sections 120-B, 302, 307, 201, 212 IPC and Sections 3, 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, P.S. Raipur, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the co-accused having similar role has already been granted bail. 4. This fact is not disputed by the learned State Counsel. 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 2 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
