It is noticed that Annexure-A dated 01.10.2024 is the application addressed by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, who is the sole respondent in this case. In the said application the petitioner makes a claim that date of joining the employment is wrongly mentioned on account of the mistake committed by the employer. 2. Thus, he makes a prayer to make necessary corrections. The petitioner has also annexed Annexure-B issued by his employer, which according to the petitioner reveals the date of joining, the employment is 25.06.2017. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:8790 WP No. 648 of 2025 It is stated that, it is wrongly shown as 19.06.2017 and on that day he was working with the previous employer. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent would submits that application is not yet considered. 4. Under these circumstances, this Court is of the view that, application has to be considered in accordance with law and thereafter, the respondent has to pass appropriate orders after collecting necessary documents from the petitioner to consider the application dated 01.10.2024. 5.
