By means of the present contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, it is alleged by the petitioner that the respondents have willfully and deliberately committed the contempt of this Court’s orders dated 14.06.2024, passed in WPCRL No.27 of 2024, Pawan Vs. State of Uttarakhand & others”. 3. Today respondent has filed a compliance affidavit and as per the para no. 11B of the affidavit, it is categorically stated that the order passed by Division Bench of this Court is complied with and the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide order dated 17.12.2024. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner though submitted that in the order date 17.12.2024, whereby representation of the petitioner was considered, it has not been mentioned under which provision and as to how representation was rejected. 5. This may be a case for another litigation. This Court cannot go into that detail since the order has been complied with, the contempt petition is hereby closed accordingly.
