This is an application seeking correction of a typographical error in the Order dated 29.04.2025 in Bail Application No. 1010 of 2025. It appears that in the Order dated 29.04.2025 in paragraph 15, inadvertently, the name of the Trial Court has been mentioned as “District & Sessions Judge, Sribhumi (Karimganj)” instead of “Additional Session Judge, Sribhumi, Assam”. That being so, in the Order dated 29.04.2025 is corrected by inserting the words “Additional Session Judge, Sribhumi, Assam” in place of “District & Sessions Judge, Sribhumi (Karimganj)” in paragraph 15.
