Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Alina Masoodi, learned counsel for respondents-Bank. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the recovery proceedings initiated by the respondent-Bank against the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank, based upon the instructions, states that an amount of Rs.6,53,595/- is due and payable by the petitioner as on 31.03.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks sometime to pay the said amount, however, does not dispute the averments. 5. In view thereof, it is directed that the recovery against the petitioner shall remain stayed, subject to the petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.50,000/- on or before 31st March, 2025. The balance amount of Rs.6,00,000/- shall be paid by the petitioner in six quarterly installments of Rs.1,00,000/- each. The first installment shall be paid on 30th June, 2025, second on 30th September, 2025, third on 31st December, 2025, fourth on 31st March, 2026, fifth on 30th June, 2026 and last installment on 30th September, 2026. The last installment shall include the overdue interests. In case, any benefit is extended by any scheme by the State Government, the same shall be extended to the petitioner also. 6. In the event of failure to pay of any installment as directed above, the respondent-Bank would be at liberty to recover the amount in accordance with law. 7.
