Shri Nitish Shekhar, learned Standing Counsel for the State has written instruction to inform the Court that the District Level Committee has considered the claim of the petitioner under the Mukhyamantri Durghatna Kalyan Yojana and has found her eligible for grant of compensation to the tune of Rs.5,00,000/- consequent to the death of her husband but the budget is awaited and as soon as the budget is available, the District Level Committee headed by the District Magistrate, Pratapgarh shall release the aforesaid amount in favour of the petitioner as per rules. Whoever is competent to release the funds whether it be opposite party No.1 or 2 shall do the needful as per law but with expedition. Our order shall be communicated by Shri Nitish Shekhar, learned Standing Counsel for the State to the opposite party No.1, 2 and 3 for compliance. If the payment is not made within two months, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach this Court again. The written instructions dated 10.03.2025 are taken on record. 3.
