Therefore, lawful cancellation of the FIR has been recommended against the partners and guarantors of the said Mill and the statement of the complainant in this regard has also been recorded on 09.12.2025. Copies whereof have been taken on record as Mark-A. He further on instructions from ASI Manoj Kumar states that the cancellation in this case shall be presented within a period of 2 months. 2.
