Mr. Ravi Bisht, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Aditya Pratap Singh, learned counsel for petitioner. 2. Mr. Kuldeep S. Rawal and Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Joshi, learned A.G.A. with Mr. Vipul Painuli and Ms. Sweta Dobhal, learned Brief Holders for the State of Uttarakhand/respondent Nos.1 & 2, are present. 3. By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.469 of 2024 dated 09.09.2024 registered with Police Station Gangnahar, District Haridwar under Sections 406, 420 and 506 IPC. 4. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, a final report has already been filed by the police against the petitioner on 05.02.2025, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 5. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
