The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 05.07.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 19218 of 2024. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed the compliance affidavit of the opposite party, which is taken on record. The compliance affidavit discloses that an order dated 15.2.2025 has been passed by the District Magistrate, District-Sant Kabir Nagar deciding and rejecting the claim of the applicant after the claim of the applicant was rejected by the District Level Committee. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order passed by the District Magistrate, District-Sant Kabir Nagar before appropriate forum on merits.
