Challenged made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to the charge sheet dated 8.5.2024. 3. It has been submitted that the petitioner has already submitted his reply to the charge sheet on 27.5.2024 denying the allegations levelled against him but till date the inquiry has not been concluded. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter of promotion of the petitioner to the post of Forest Inspector is likely to take place and in case the disciplinary proceedings is not concluded his case would not be favourably considered and accordingly the petitioner has confined his prayer for a direction to the opposite parties to conclude the inquiry proceedings expeditiously. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose the prayer made by the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to opposite party No.3 to conclude the inquiry proceedings expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him in accordance with law. 6.
