This application has been filed under Sections 482 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Sootea P.S. Case No. 50/2025. 3. Pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 10.06.2025, all the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and their statements have already been recorded. 4. Since the petitioners have been co-operating with the police investigation, they do not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioners is allowed. 5. The interim bail granted by this Court on 10.06.2025 in favour of the petitioners is hereby made absolute. 6. The petitioners are directed not to repeat such acts in future without proper license.
