Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:14403-DB Court No. - 1 Case :- PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION (PIL) No. - 232 of 2025 Petitioner :- Sahdev Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. The Secy. Revenue Deptt. Lko. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Arvind Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Dilip Kumar Pandey,Mohammad Ehtesham Khan Hon'ble Attau Rahman Masoodi,J. Hon'ble Subhash Vidyarthi,J. 1. Heard Sri Arvind Kumarr, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Isha Mittal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no.1 to 3, Sri Dilip Kumar Pandey, the learned counsel for the opposite party no.4/Gaon Sabha, Sri Mohammad Ehtesham Khan, the learned counsel who has put in appearance on behalf of the opposite party no.5/Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and perused the records. 2. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.5 has pointed out that the relief sought herein this writ petition is misconceived for the reason that neither there is going to be an installation of any godown nor any bottling plant is under construction at the site in question. The plant of LPG is regulated through pipelines, thus all safety measures have been taken at the site in question in so far as the local residents are concerned. 3. In view of the aforesaid statement, we do not find it a fit case for interference in exercise of writ jurisdiction, that too in a petition instituted in public interest. 4. The writ petition being bereft of merit is dismissed. . [Subhash Vidyarthi, J.] [A.R. Masoodi, J.] Order Date :- 10.3.2025 Ram.
