Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Direct the opposite party no. 1, i.e. Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/District Judge, Bahraich to decide the MACT Case No. 192/70/2021 (Uma Shankar Vs. Raju and others), which is pending before him since 16.08.2021 within time frame as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the court concerned shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
