Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Harinath Reddy Soma, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Y. Soma Raju, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Medical, Health and Family Welfare and Smt. Tata Venkata Sridevi, Ld. Standing Counsel for Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences. 2. In compliance with the Order of this Court dated 01.04.2025, Smt. Tata Venkata Sridevi, Ld. Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 4 namely Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences has submitted the material documents in a sealed cover. This Court has perused the material that was supplied to the Court in a sealed cover. The original answer script along with the two scanned sets of the same answer script, which are to be sent to the two independent examiners have been submitted. The statements of marks which are awarded by the two independent examiners have also been submitted. 3. This court has firstly verified with regard to the number of pages that have been scanned and sent in comparison with the original answer script. It is found that all the pages in the original answer script have been scanned and prepared as separate paper books that were sent to the two independent examiners. 3 4. Nextly, this Court has verified whether every answer has been evaluated and marks have been awarded. This court found that every answer of the Writ Petitioner has in fact been evaluated by both the examiners independently. 5. Nextly, it is seen that the total number of marks awarded by both the examiners is rather very consistent. 6. In this view of the matter, it cannot be said that the present Writ Petitioner has been subjected to any prejudice in violation of any procedure. Since this Court has personally seen and verified all the issues in relation to the suspicion/doubt expressed by the Writ Petitioner and has been satisfied with the procedure adopted and evaluation of marks in every respect, this Court is of the view that the present Writ Petition is devoid of any merit. 7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Needless to state that the Writ Petitioner, in terms of the Para No.5 of the direction given by this Court vide Order dated 01.04.2025, is at liberty to make an Application for supplementary examination. 8.
