The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are repeatedly being called by respondent No.4 or by person under respondent No.4. It is submitted that the petitioners’ children passed away in a fire accident due to an LPG cylinder leak in their residence, and that respondent No.5, who happens to be the brother of petitioner No.2, is insisting that the petitioner execute deeds of transfer of property in his favor, as the petitioners do not have children. In this regard, the petitioners made a complaint to the Superintendent of Police /respondent No.2. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioners were called to the police station only for an enquiry based on their complaint. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the complaint was filed on 03.03.2025, and the petitioners attended for enquiry. However, it is submitted that the police are now again insisting the petitioners comply with the illogical demands of respondent No.5. 3. Considering the same, there shall be a direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to disturb the peace of the petitioners or interfere in the family disputes between the petitioners and respondent No.5. 4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed off.
