Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider petitioner's Application for correction/change in the High School Certificate and to issue corrected copy of the said certificate. 3. Learned State Counsel however, on the basis of instructions submits that no such application has been received by authority concerned. 4. Considering aforesaid submission, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh Application before opposite party no.2, i.e. Apar Sachiv, Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad U.P., Regional Office, Varanasi, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh Application. Appropriate direction shall be issued by said authority to the School authorities to effect such changes, if any, in the School records. 5.
