By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to conduct fair, impartial and proper investigation of the case registered vide First Information Report dated 08.07.2024 at Case Crime/FIR No.333 of 2024 under Section 67 I.T. (Amendment) Act, 2008 relating to Police Station Tarabganj, District Gonda as contained in Annexure no. 2 to this writ petition. 4. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, charge sheet has been filed in court on 17.03.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate available remedy as per law or to challenge the charge sheet in appropriate proceedings. 6.
