It is stated that a Suit No.390 of 2025 has been filed under Section 13B (1) of the Hindu Marriage Act. 3. Both the parties states that there is an irretrievable breakdown of marriage and there is no chance of reconciliation in between them, however, the medication pending. 4. It is stated that an application has been filed that there is chances of reconciliation, in view thereof, the present petition is disposed off directing the Family Court, Lucknow to decide the Suit No.390 of 2025 expeditiously and in accordance with law on the basis of there being no settlement in between the parties.
