That issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to implement the election of Fair Price Shop, proposal dated 10.02.2025 pending before the opposite party No.6 and execute the bond in favour of petitioner. II. That a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus may be issued thereby directing the opposite parties to give the fair price shop to the petitioner being decided the representation as contained in Annexure No.5 to this writ petition." 3. Considering the fact that final decision is yet to be taken, the petitioner is permitted to move an appropriate application before the respondent no.7 who shall take action and shall pass orders on the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
