Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor who has produced the Case Diary of Chariduar P.S. Case No. 61/2025 and has submitted that the statement of the petitioner under Section 180 of the BNS, 2023 has been recorded. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has cooperated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to the above-named petitioner, by order dated 26.05.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. (ii) to (v) attached to the said order remaining intact. 4. Send back the Case Diary. 5. With the above observations, this anticipatory bail application is accordingly disposed of.
