Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to filing of this Writ Petition, final order was passed by the respondent authorities, which is questioned in W.P.No. 8108 of 2025 and that no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petition. 3. While recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
