The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Tanda, District- Ambedkar Nagar to decide the interim injunction application dated 25.11.2022 filed in Regular Suit No. 905/2022, "Sudama Devi Vs. Gaon Sabha & others" filed under order 39 Rule 1 read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, pending before him since 25.11.2022, expeditiously within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the court concerned shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
